Shipping & Returns

The general terms and conditions of delivery on this page apply to all products and services supplied by Fly Surf to consumers and business customers.

Payment

At Flysurf.nl we work with a secure payment environment together with our partner Mollie BV or PayPal. Both payment platforms are integrated in the Fly Surf webshop. You can pay on FlySurf.nl via iDeal, ApplePay, Paypal or Credit Card.

When you use one of the above methods, we can immediately process your order because the payment is immediately registered with us.

Delivery

Fly Surf makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is approximately 5 working days after processing the order, but no rights can be derived from this. In some cases, we ship directly from the supplier and the delivery time can be up to 6 weeks.

The buyer provides Fly Surf with the delivery address. If this address proves to be incorrect, it is the buyer’s responsibility and additional charges may apply.

When the order has left us well, but is lost with the shipping partner, we will do everything we can to deliver the package to the buyer. All orders are shipped insured.

Exchange and return

1. Can I return an item?
A trial period of 14 days applies to your order from the moment the order is in your possession. Within this period you can view or rate the article. Are you not satisfied with the item? Then you can return it. You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return your order, and another 14 days to return your order. We also pay for the return shipment in case the order concerns a mistake by Fly Surf.

2. I want to return an item, how does that work?
If your item meets the requirements, you can return it within the legal trial period of 14 days. You must make this known in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Mention which article it concerns, and your order number. After you have registered the return shipment, you will receive an email from us with the return conditions. Returns must be made in the same way as delivery. The costs for returning are for your own account.

3. Trial term is not a term of use

The consumer must handle the sent item with care during the reflection period. This person has the right to assess the product whether he wants to keep it and to try it as he would normally be allowed to do in the store. Until the consumer has decided to keep the product, he may not use it.

If the consumer has used the product for more than is necessary to assess whether he actually wants to keep the item, he is liable for the reduction in value. Fly Surf is therefore entitled to compensation when the consumer returns the used product.

4. When will I get my money back?
As soon as your package is returned to us, it will be processed immediately. We strive to transfer the amount to the specified bank account within the legal term of 14 days.

5. Can I still cancel my order?
Legally, you can cancel your order within 24 hours, unless the order is already being processed. The order can also be canceled after the maximum delivery time has expired, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us for this.
