An efoil is a surfboard with an electric screw just above the wing of the hydrofoil. This ensures that the board can move through any type of water. The efoil is powered by an almost silent electric motor and rechargeable battery. It is controlled by a portable wireless remote control that syncs with the efil via Bluetooth.
The efoil rider doesn’t have to paddle on waves or pump his legs to keep the board moving.

Complete efoil setups range from €6000,- to €14.000,- As with surfing, the price of the board is based on the quality, materials used and technology. At the moment there are two big brands in the efoiling sport: Lift Foils and Fliteboard. Both brands are known for their high-quality efoil setups with excellent support, warranties and performance characteristics.

You need to be physically fit and confident in your swimming skills. You must swim during the session, if necessary you must be able to cover 75 meters.
